Wedding Package A
Package A is our premier wedding package. Package A means that we organize your wedding from start to finish. We set up an initial free consultation where we discuss the vision you have for your wedding. Once you sign a contract with us we will spend some time getting to know you and establishing a budget together. From there we set up appointments for you to view venues, taste menus and walk you through every step of the planning process.
Package A starts at $2500 and includes the following:
- Personal wedding planner to assist you from start to finish with unlimited meetings and 24 hour e-mail assistance
- Access to our network of artists and vendors that will truly set your wedding apart. We handle invitations, floral design, staffing, dog sitting, (we really did think of everything) photography, music, hair and makeup and everything else.
- Assistance beginning as early as 7am on your wedding day and ending after the last guest has left the reception and the venue is cleaned and closed according to the venue manager.
- Day of coordinator. Your personal wedding planner will also be your day of coordinator so one person will manage your account while planning your wedding and will also be on site all day on wedding day.
Wedding Package B
With Package B we step in somewhere along the way of your wedding planning process. Maybe you already have the venue and caterers selected and you just need an extra hand in organizing your big day. We will be as involved as you want and ensure your wedding day is a success.
Package B is our most popular wedding package. It is essentially a build your own wedding package. You will receive an exact quote once we get to know you and learn all of your needs.
We have event staffing available for coat check, serving, bussing, set up & clean up and more starting at $25/hr.
You have already planned your wedding, you just need someone to be there to ensure the day goes smoothly. Your day of wedding coordinator will cue the DJ, check in with caterers, make sure all vendors are respecting the venue and guests and keep things running smoothly so you can relax and enjoy your time with your friends, family and new spouse.
Our Day-Of Package starts at $995 and includes the following:
- Free consultation
- Up to three meetings leading up to the wedding to discuss details.
- Assistance beginning as early as 9am on your wedding day and ending after the first dance at your reception.
Small Market Events is proud to announce we are now accepting stand alone floral design clients. We start by building a Pinterest board together so we get an idea of what you love. From there we bring you to our studio where we build arrangements together and get everything just right. On your wedding day we deliver and set up your flowers, we will even stick around to flip the room from ceremony to reception if needed.
Our floral design packages start at $1500 for something simple. Once we get an idea of your wedding vision we can give you a more accurate quote as well as options to match your budget.
